Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal for individuals.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last item of goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avimko bvba, Haagstraat 2b/1, B-9150 kruibeke, Tel.: +32 3 774 26 00, e-mail: info@avimko.eu) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of the revocation
If you withdraw from the contract, you shall receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you by the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refunds. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to revoke the agreement, or hand them over to us in our warehouses in Kruibeke. You will be on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs for returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
